Additionally, our partnership with GT Bank and MasterCard led to the creation of Ozone Express, a virtual community providing exclusive membership benefits and prepaid cards for added convenience, security, and control.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Accra for a Business Development Manager. The day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis, preparing business proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing
  • Strong skills in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Proficiency in IT and Internet Solutions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT or telecommunications industry is a plus
