M2M Solutions provides advanced GPS tracking and telemetry services for fleets, mines, and industrial operations across Africa. We are expanding our technical team to support our growing client base and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Role Overview
We are seeking skilled GPS Installers and Technicians to join our team. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining GPS tracking devices and related systems on vehicles and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles, heavy equipment, and fixed assets.
- Perform wiring, device configuration, and testing to ensure accurate data transmission.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty installations or devices.
- Support field technicians and clients with setup and operational issues.
- Document completed installations and prepare service reports.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company assets responsibly.

Requirements
- Previous experience in auto-electrical work or electronics installation.
- Strong knowledge of wiring, circuit testing, and fault-finding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Ghana and occasionally across Africa.
