We are a reputable general insurance company seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Agents to join our growing team. If you live in or around Ashaiman and Tema with a passion for sales and helping people protect what matters most, we want to hear from you!
Position: Sales Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our general insurance products to individuals and businesses
- Reach out to potential clients within your area and build strong relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients regularly
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
Requirements:
- Resident of Ashaiman or Tema or surrounding areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Insurance sectors
- Ability to provide training and support to clients
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-oriented mindset
What We Offer:
- Base salary of 2000 GHC plus commissions on each sale
