Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Accra. This is a full-time, on-site position at our office located in Dansoman, Accra, where you will take ownership of design projects across both print and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is not only a strong creative thinker but also has hands-on experience in print design and production workflows. You will be responsible for creating compelling visuals, managing projects from concept through to final artwork, and ensuring every output meets both creative and technical requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, packaging, and web/digital content.
- Develop logos, typography, and brand identity systems that reflect client and company standards.
- Create print-ready artwork and collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality outputs across offset, digital, and large-format printing.
- Prepare and check files for pre-press, ensuring correct color profiles, bleeds, and formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, billboards, and digital assets.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in graphic design, print technology, and digital media.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Graphic Design with a strong focus on Print and Digital Design.
- Hands-on experience preparing files for digital and offset printing, including knowledge of paper stocks, finishes, and color calibration.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with working knowledge of print-specific tools and file formats.
- Strong foundation in Typography, Layout Design, and Branding.
- Excellent eye for detail to ensure designs translate well from screen to print.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to liaise across design, marketing, and production teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional design experience, with demonstrable print design projects.
- Experience with web design, UI/UX, or motion graphics is a plus.
