Job Summary
The Credit Manager shall provide strategic leadership and oversight for the credit function of the Finance House. The role ensures sound credit risk management, compliance with Bank of Ghana (BoG) regulations, and profitable growth of the loan portfolio.
Duties
- Develop and implement the organization’s credit risk management framework, policies, and procedures in line with BoG regulations.
- Establish and enforce prudent credit approval and risk assessment processes.
- Ensure effective loan appraisals, analysis, and approval processes are in place.
- Monitor the performance of the loan book to ensure profitability, sustainability, and compliance.
- Oversee loan performance monitoring, repayments, and delinquency management
- Ensure compliance with BoG prudential guidelines, AML/CFT regulations, and all applicable laws.

Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- At least 6–8 years’ progressive experience in credit management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within a financial institution.
- Demonstrated experience in credit risk management, collections, loan recovery, and regulatory compliance.
Salary: GH¢ 6,000 - 8,000
