Kids Friend is a team of Special Needs Educators devoted to empowering children with diverse learning needs. We provide personalized academic support, guidance for classroom integration, and focused interventions for language development. Our mission is to ensure every child has the tools and encouragement to learn, communicate, and belong effectively.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana for a Special Education Teacher. The Special Education Teacher will develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students, provide tailored support in various areas, including academics, classroom integration, and language development. Additionally, the teacher will collaborate with other educators and support staff to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students’ unique needs.

Qualifications
- Experience with working with disabilities and special education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate/Diploma in Special Education or a related field
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development and training
- Passion for empowering children with diverse learning needs
