Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Accra, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, performing web analytics, and driving online marketing initiatives. Daily tasks will include content creation, campaign assessment, and communication with team members to ensure effective coordination of efforts.
Please note that this job is commission-based.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Experience in Web Analytics and Online Marketing
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in the education or technology sectors is a plus
