Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The role is located in Tarkwa, with some work from home being acceptable. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding invoices, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining communication with clients regarding their accounts. Additional responsibilities include maintaining financial records, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with resolving any billing issues or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills in finance-related tasks
- Experience in Debt Collection and Invoicing
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is advantageous
