You will enhance IT systems, create prototypes, and deliver insights that shape our business priorities while staying ahead of risks that could slow innovation.
Responsibilities
Research Management
- Guides the Research team’s activities to align with organizational goals and project results.
- Assists the R&D Manager to develop project plans and drive the successful research execution.
- Identifies emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities within the IT sector.
- Conducts feasibility studies, benchmarking, and gap analysis on innovative technologies.
- Prepares research papers, whitepapers, and briefs for knowledge dissemination.
- Maintains a repository of research reports, experimental results, and strategic insights.

Product & Solution Innovation: Value Delivery
- Provides creative and analytical thinking to problem resolutions
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and test new IT research products, tools, and systems.
- Supports the design and prototyping of new solutions based on research insights.
- Evaluates and recommend improvements to existing systems, processes, or services.
Technical and Professional Capabilities
- Participates in developing research proposals, charters, reports, as well as all relevant documentations required.
- Contributes to project planning, monitoring timelines, and documenting progress.
- Aids monitor research project performance by leveraging appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Controls research project activities and deliverables
Collaboration and Partnership
- Collaborates with other professionals, and engineers to ensure the successful planning, design, development, testing, and tracking of research projects.
- Builds collaborative relationships with academic institutions, industry leaders, and technology providers.
- Supports the management of joint research programs and co-innovation initiatives.
- Represents the firm in external forums, seminars, or R&D networks when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years’ experience in a research, software development, or innovation-focused role.
- Experience in data analysis, proof-of-concept design, or technology evaluation is a plus.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Project Management or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.
