A reputable firm in the Oil and Gas sector is seeking experienced professionals to join our operations team. If you are results-oriented, safety-conscious and have a proven track record in base operations, we invite you to apply for the following position: HSE Supervisor
Job Purpose
This role ensures the implementation of the HSE management system across all base activities
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of company-based HSE-MS across all base activities
- Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Coordinate with company HSE representatives for joint inspections, bridging documentation and emergency drills
- Provide day-to-day oversight of HSE compliance in yard, jetty and warehouse operations

Qualification Required & Experience
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 10 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas operations
- Strong understanding of IOGP Life-Savings rules and Ghanaian regulatory requirements
