Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for a Dispatch Rider. The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for delivering and picking up packages, documents, and other items within assigned areas as per schedule or customer requests. Responsibilities also include maintaining records of deliveries, ensuring items are securely and efficiently transported, and providing excellent customer service during interactions.

Qualifications
- Ability to navigate and familiarize oneself with designated routes and locations in Accra and surrounding areas
- Proficient in record-keeping and documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and able to handle the physical demands of the role
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role is an advantage
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
