The Digital Marketing Consultant will be responsible for shaping and amplifying Dunia Safari’s digital presence. This role combines creativity, strategic marketing, and execution, covering everything from visual branding and content creation to campaign management and social media growth.
The consultant will ensure that Dunia Safari connects meaningfully with target audiences in Ghana, the diaspora, and across the globe. We are seeking a creative and results-driven consultant with a proven track record in digital marketing, social media growth, and graphic design to join our team. This is a fulltime and hands-on role.

Location: Remote (with potential travel for content shoots in Ghana/Morocco)
Contract Type: Consultancy / Project-Based

About Dunia Safari
Dunia Safari is a bold new travel and tourism brand launching in November 2025. We curate affordable yet authentic cultural and adventure travel experiences, with a special focus on Morocco, the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025, and group/corporate trips for Ghanaian and diaspora audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Creative Design
- Develop consistent visual identity for Dunia Safari across platforms.
- Design graphics, video overlays, and promotional materials for digital and print campaigns.
Digital Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns around Dunia Safari’s launch in November 2025 and AFCON tourism packages.
- Optimize campaigns for awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Social Media Strategy & Content
- Create and manage content calendars across platforms.
- Produce high-quality short-form videos, reels, carousels, and stories tailored to platform trends.
- Manage paid ads and track ROI.
Community Engagement & Growth
- Grow Dunia Safari’s follower base across target platforms.
- Engage with travel communities, influencers, and target audiences (young travelers, honeymooners, corporate groups, diaspora).
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance of campaigns and provide periodic reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand consulting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns (preferably in travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands).
- Proven expertise in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
- Demonstrated success in growing and monetizing social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight timelines.
- Demonstrated skills in web development, with experience designing user-friendly, responsive sites- plus.
- Experience developing and launching newsletters that drive audience growth and measurable engagement- plus.
- Strong understanding of African youth culture, travel, and lifestyle trends- plus.
- Passionate and qualified football fans are highly encouraged to apply.
Contract & Compensation
- Consultancy contract, October–December 2025 (with option to renew).
- Compensation: Negotiable (based on experience, deliverables, and portfolio) and paid based on milestones.
