Duties
- Taking accurate site measurements and sketching of the roof
- Offering professional technical advice on roofing sheets and steel trusses to clients and ensuring a sale is concluded
- Scouting to discover new projects
- Preparing the site measurement activity plan report
- Preparing weekly reports on new projects discovered, apart from what was assigned to you by the Head Office
- Performing any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Construction Technician ( Part 1 or 2)
- Ability to collaborate with clients to gather project information
- Conduct a site visit to collect necessary data
- Comfortable working at heights
- Proficient in sketching roof designs and interpreting drawings
- Accurate measurement skills for roof trusses and sheets
- Experience in estimation will be an added advantage
