Job Responsibilities
- Provide a visible management presence while on duty
- Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
- Conduct briefing for all staff during the night shift
- Act as manager on duty for the hotel in the absence of the Front Office Manager dealing with complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise
- Manage the night shift in the department ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate from office activities with other departments

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, hospitality or related courses
- Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in similar position
- Good communication and organizational skills
- General Administrative
- Experience in 4/5 star hotel
- PMS knowledge – EZEE/OPERA
- Ability to multitask
