We’re looking for a friendly, polished, and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team. At Confetti, we’re passionate about helping our customers find the perfect gift and delivering a delightful shopping experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm, professional manner
- Provide attentive and helpful service to customers throughout their visit
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an attractive and organized sales floor
- Replenish stock and ensure proper product display
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and store goals

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: GHS 1,600 – 1,800 (based on experience)
- Sales commissions to reward individual performance
- Quarterly performance bonuses (new program launching soon!)
- Opportunities for growth into senior or other roles within the business

Required Skills or Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of SHS (Senior High School) education; post-secondary qualification is a plus
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, inventory software) are an advantage
- Polite, dependable, and eager to learn
- A keen eye for detail and appreciation for quality products
Working days & hours
- Shop opening hours are 8.30AM to 7.30PM, Monday to Saturday
- Sales attendant get two rotating off days and 30 days paid annual leaves after having completed 12 months of continuous service
