Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra- Spintex for an Engineering Sales Specialist. The Engineering Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their specifications.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying and targeting sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also collaborate with the engineering team to align product offerings with market demands, gather customer feedback, and contribute to product development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the engineering or construction materials industry
- Understanding of technical product specifications and the ability to communicate these to clients
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and sales proposal preparation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the ceramics or building materials industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software tools
