This is a newly created, hands-on role ideal for a recent graduate eager to gain real-world experience across finance, operations, and business development. You will work closely with factory supervisors, management, and customers, becoming a critical point of contact across different business areas.
Responsibilities
- Support daily factory operations and assist with monitoring production processes and machinery.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records for production, sales, banking, and finance.
- Generate daily operational reports and monthly financial summaries for management.
- Collaborate with the factory team to ensure workflow efficiency and safety compliance.
- Report operational issues or machinery faults promptly to supervisors.
- Participate in field and direct sales to support business growth initiatives.
- Assist with end-of-year financial statements and audits.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

Qualifications
- A graduate with a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (engineering degrees with business interest are welcome).
- Strong interest in both finance and operational processes.
- Highly motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Must reside in Ejisu, Kumasi, or nearby areas and be available to start immediately or on short notice.
- Access to a personal laptop is an advantage.
