We’re looking for a Digital & Commercial Strategist who knows how to turn insight into action and campaigns into results.

Job Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with agency capabilities and market trends.
  • Prepare strategic proposals, media plans, and pitch decks tailored to client objectives.
  • Lead and participate in client pitch meetings, articulating clear value propositions and digital solutions.
  • Negotiate scope, budgets, and deliverables with prospects and clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with execution capacity and strategic focus.

Strategy & Planning

  • Design and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, audience profiling, and keyword research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead campaign planning for brand awareness, product launches, lead generation, and content-led growth.

Execution & Optimization

  • Work cross-functionally with creative, content, and media teams to bring strategies to life.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics.
  • Run A/B tests and continuously improve messaging, creatives, and targeting.

Client Engagement & Commercial Activation

  • Attend client meetings, briefings, and pitch sessions as a strategic lead.
  • Present marketing strategies and campaign performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Identification and sale of commercial placements — from branded content and ad space to influencer activations.
  • Translate client needs into actionable, data-driven marketing solutions.

Insights & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
  • Track KPIs and user behavior to inform the evolution of your campaigns.
  • Stay current on media buying trends, platform updates, and digital marketing innovations.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of digital marketing strategy, business development in a marketing agency, or commercial growth experience.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns and growing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, media buying, customer acquisition, and brand building.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a creative edge — able to connect the dots between data, storytelling, and business outcomes.
