Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tema for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing project budgets, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and Construction Management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Certification in Project Management or related fields is a plus
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects
- Proven track record in residential and commercial construction, likely including high?end or landmark developments.
