Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Developer to join our team and work directly with clients to transform their ideas into fully-realized web, mobile, and desktop applications. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, client relationship management, and product strategy skills. The ideal candidate will excel at translating client visions into actionable development roadmaps while leveraging cutting-edge AI-powered development platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and translate abstract concepts into concrete product requirements
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover user needs, technical constraints, and market opportunities
- Guide clients through the product conceptualization process from initial idea to minimum viable product (MVP) definition
Technology Product Development
- Leverage AI-powered development platforms including Lovable, Cursor, Base44, and other modern code generation tools
- Architect scalable solutions across web, mobile (React Native/Flutter), and desktop platforms
- Stay current with emerging AI development tools and integrate them into our development workflow
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks based on project requirements
- Draft comprehensive project proposals with detailed scope, timelines, and cost estimates
- Create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that clearly define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop technical specifications and system architecture documentation
- Maintain project documentation throughout the development lifecycle
Team Leadership & Agile Management
- Lead development teams through agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers
- Manage development resources and ensure optimal team productivity
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Present product demos and gather feedback for iterative improvements
- Manage client expectations and communicate potential risks or changes in scope
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and development teams

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product development or technical product management
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development platforms (Lovable, Cursor, Base44, or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of full-stack development across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment strategies
- Knowledge of database design and API development
- Proven experience writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and technical specifications
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies with hands-on team management experience
- Experience drafting client proposals and managing project budgets
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience conducting client discovery sessions and requirement gathering
- Strong presentation skills and comfort with client-facing meetings
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
