Job Summary
Sidan Associates and Partners is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for developing visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. You will design impactful visual materials for both digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of visual assets including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, banners, presentation slides, email templates, and other marketing collateral relevant to Sidan Associates and Partners.
- Develop creative visual concepts that communicate our brand and project stories effectively.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design projects to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to understand content needs and deliver tailored design solutions.
- Prepare and package design files appropriately for both digital and print production.
- Stay updated with design trends and apply them where relevant to enhance our visual identity.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Solid understanding of design principles such as typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and creative flair.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
