Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite position in Kumasi for a Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and meet sales targets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and analysing market trends.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and leadership
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in market analysis and identifying sales opportunities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in sales/marketing within the insurance or financial sector is a plus
