We’re looking for a skilled Interior Architect to join our team in Accra. In this position, you will spearhead both commercial and residential projects from inception to completion, overseeing budgets, timelines, and client relationships throughout the process.
Your role will involve crafting layouts, sourcing materials, and partnering with artisans and vendors to transform designs into reality. We are looking for an individual who excels in a dynamic setting, guaranteeing smooth project delivery and efficient communication throughout the entire process.
Responsibilities
- Client Consultation – Conduct initial consultations, site visits, and interviews to gather information about the project scope, budget, timeline, and design expectations.
- Space Planning and layout Design – Develop spatial layouts and floor plans that optimise the use of available space while meeting the functional needs of occupants.
- Concept Development and Design – Create mood boards, sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design concepts and present design proposals to clients for review and approval.
- Material Selection and Specification – Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the design concept, budget, and performance requirements of the project.
- Coordination with Stakeholders – Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of design plans and ensure seamless integration of architectural and interior elements.
- Construction Administration and Site Supervision – Interior architects oversee the construction process, monitor progress, and ensure that design specifications are implemented according to plans and specifications.
- Project Management and Documentation – Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables within established parameters.

Skills & Qualifications
- Project Management Skills – Efficiently manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Design Software Proficiency – Expertise in CAD, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and familiarity with 3ds Max, V-Ray, D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape, and other top rendering tools.
- Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and MEP systems.
- Spatial Reasoning – Able to visualise and optimise space for both functionality and aesthetics.
- Problem-Solving – Analytical, solution-oriented mindset to tackle design and project challenges.
- Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written abilities for client and team collaboration.
