Job Description
Department: Business Development
Reports directly to: MD
Subordinates: N/A
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across all segments of the company’s real estate operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and a strategic mindset to expand the company’s portfolio and client base.

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business development. Experience within the real estate or property sector is a plus
- Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of real estate trends, property laws, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
