Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Accra. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality control and adherence to structural engineering standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with contractors and other professionals, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Additional responsibilities include effective communication with stakeholders and addressing any site-specific issues.
Qualifications
- On-site management and coordination skills
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Quality control and adherence to structural engineering standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
