Role Description
This is a contract role for a Freelance Packaging Designer specialized in eco-friendly food packaging. The position is hybrid, based in Kumasi, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Packaging Designer will be responsible for creating innovative packaging designs, focusing on sustainability.

Day-to-day tasks include designing packaging, developing branding and graphic elements, and ensuring product designs align with environmental standards. Collaboration with the product development team and small-scale farmers to source materials is also expected.
Qualifications
- Packaging Design and Product Design skills
- Branding and Graphic Design skills
- Experience with Typography
- Strong understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field
- Experience in the food packaging industry is a plus
