We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This role is essential to driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and cultivating strategic relationships within the IT infrastructure space.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying leads, closing deals, and fostering long-term client relationships. You should be comfortable engaging with potential customers through various channels, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development
- Support the development and implementation of business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities including market expansions and potential partnerships.

2. Lead Generation & Qualification
- Qualify leads from Sales Executives and marketing campaigns.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Actively explore new business avenues within the market.
3. Client Engagement & Sales Execution
- Present company offerings to potential clients and partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Customize solutions to enhance client satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings between clients and OEMs.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Deliver impactful presentations and value-driven proposals.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitors.
- Generate insightful reports and market analyses for decision-making purposes.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align strategies.
- Support the business unit in performance reviews and planning processes.
7. Performance Monitoring & Feedback
- Track and report on monthly/quarterly performance metrics.
- Stay updated on product innovations, pricing structures, and payment models.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline. MBA is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in business development within the IT industry or related fields (telecom, software, tech solutions, cybersecurity).
