Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mixologist at The Pelican Hotel Cantonments Accra. The Mixologist will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, creating new cocktails, ensuring the bar area is well-stocked and maintaining cleanliness standards.
The role includes interacting with customers, providing outstanding service, and handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. The Mixologist will also be responsible for training new staff and assisting in creating menus for special events.

Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage services
- Culinary Skills specifically related to beverage preparation
- Capability in Training new staff
