JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the safety of passengers by conducting pre-flight safety checks and delivering safety demonstrations.
- Greet passengers with a welcoming tone and assist them with boarding and seating arrangements.
- Provide attentive and courteous service during flights, including serving meals, beverages, and amenities.
- Respond promptly to passenger requests, enquiries, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin environment throughout the flight.
- Monitor passenger behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow cabin crew members and cockpit crew to coordinate operations and address any issues that arise.
