We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to manage and oversee the daily operations of our catfish farm. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of catfish rearing, farm maintenance, and general aquaculture practices. This is a live-in role with accommodation provided on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the catfish farm.
- Monitor fish health and growth, and apply appropriate feeding and treatment procedures.
- Maintain fish ponds and ensure water quality and hygiene standards are met.
- Supervise harvesting and stocking of catfish as needed.
- Keep accurate records of fish stock, feed usage, mortality, and farm activities.
- Identify and manage any issues related to fish disease or pond conditions.
- Ensure overall farm security and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with farm owners on budget, purchases, and general farm planning.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in catfish farming or aquaculture.
- Knowledge of fish health, feeding, and water management techniques.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Willingness to live and work on the farm full-time.
