Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cleans rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
- Cleans and maintains restaurants and Conference halls.
- Keeps the front of the hotel free from trash.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
- Maintains cleaning carts.
- Removes trash collected by room attendants.
- To assist Guests in Public Areas when required.
- To have good knowledge of all hotel facilities, hours of operation, Restaurants, and function rooms.
- Post caution signs as needed.
- Responsible for following departmental policies and procedures.
- Responsible for upkeep of all the equipment which you are
- Responsible for maintaining a schedule for cleaning their areas.
- Cleaning of offices
- Any other duties delegated by management
