We are looking for a dedicated PSG Electrical Engineer to join our team in Kumasi. The role involves providing technical support, installation, and maintenance for office equipment such as printers and photocopiers. The ideal candidate should be service-oriented, organized, and responsive, with a strong focus on timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and provide support for a range of equipment, including Xerox, HP printers, photocopiers, finishers and large format printers/ other print and Electronic equipment
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on PSG (Production Systems Group) equipment and other document management hardware.
- Understand key business process applications and document assigned work processes.
- Respond swiftly and promptly to customer requests, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Submit daily activity reports and visit summaries to the supervisor.

- Improve productivity by working efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain full knowledge of all product offerings and company processes and procedures.
- Acquire competitive knowledge to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct customer care visits and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry regulations.
- Provide technical assistance and training to clients on equipment usage.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with PSG equipment, high-volume printers, or related technology is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of electrical circuits, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
