As we expand our reach, we are seeking a passionate Agronomist/Marketer to join our team and help scale the adoption of our products across key agricultural regions.

Key Responsibilities:
Agronomy Focus (50%)
- Provide on-the-ground support and training to farmers on the use of Harmony AgriCo products.
- Conduct soil health assessments and recommend appropriate product applications.
- Demonstrate regenerative agricultural practices and monitor farm outcomes.
- Collect field data and contribute to product improvement and R&D.
Marketing Focus (50%)
- Develop and execute strategies to promote our eco-friendly products to smallholder farmers, cooperatives, and agri-dealers.
- Organize field demonstrations, farmer forums, and exhibitions.
- Build strong relationships with local distributors, agro-input shops, and agricultural stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored messaging for rural markets.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in agronomy, agri-marketing, or extension services.
- Strong understanding of organic or regenerative agriculture is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex agricultural practices in simple terms.
- Fluency in English and Twi. Any additional local Ghanaian language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work extensively in rural farming communities.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and rural development.
