We are seeking a passionate and experienced Montessori-Trained Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood team. We are looking for an educator who is nurturing, creative, and believes in the Montessori philosophy. The ideal candidate will cultivate independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in each child, while contributing to a warm, classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate Montessori lessons and activities
- Maintain a well-prepared, orderly, and stimulating Montessori environment
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development
- Support each child’s individual learning journey, fostering independence and self-discipline
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, team-oriented school culture

Required Skills or Experience
- Montessori Teaching Certificate or Diploma from a recognized training institution
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching in a Montessori preschool environment
- Strong knowledge of Montessori pedagogy and use of Montessori materials
- Warm, patient, and respectful approach to classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
