We are seeking to partner with experienced industry professionals and trainers to deliver practical, career-advancing training in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, practical training sessions for tertiary students, graduates, and young professionals.
- Align training delivery with Skills Bridge Academy’s mission of bridging academic knowledge and workplace expectations.
- Incorporate real-life corporate experiences, case studies, and practical tools into training.
- Collaborate with Skills Bridge Academy to continuously refine and enhance course content.
- Support additional learning initiatives such as webinars, thought leadership series, and industry events when needed.
Our Trainer Partnership & Revenue Sharing Model
At Skills Bridge Academy, we work with our trainers through a Revenue Sharing Partnership Model. This model ensures our trainers earn in proportion to the revenue generated from each training engagement. Specifically:

Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of practical, hands-on corporate experience in your relevant industry.
- Strong background in corporate training, facilitation, or coaching.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging, actionable, and results-driven training.
- Deep understanding of workforce readiness challenges in Ghana and Africa.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Attributes:
- Experience collaborating with educational institutions, corporate bodies, or training organizations.
- Certifications in Training & Development, Coaching, or specialized areas are a plus.
- Strong personal brand and professional network.
- Passionate about youth development, employability, and workforce empowerment.
