Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Solutions Executive, located in Tamale. The Health Solutions Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, promoting health solutions, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The role includes daily tasks such as developing health promotion strategies, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Knowledge in Occupational Health
- Experience in Medicine
- Health Promotion skills
- Ability to work onsite in Tamale, Ghana
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Administration or Public Health is preferred
- Previous experience in the health insurance industry is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
