FlexRoute is building the future of logistics in Ghana—think Uber meets delivery, optimized for our local ecosystem. We’re scaling fast and need a Full Stack Developer who can own the frontend and mobile experience for both our customer and driver apps.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using React
- Build high-performing mobile apps with Flutter
- Turn Figma designs into real, pixel-perfect UI/UX
- Integrate REST APIs for backend functionality
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for both Android & iOS releases
- Collaborate with our in-house backend team, designers, and business leads
- Push features fast, break nothing, and always deliver with purpose

What You Need:
- Strong experience with React & Flutter (cross-platform experience a must)
- Solid grasp of mobile app deployment to App Store & Google Play
- Experience working with RESTful APIs & JSON
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and agile dev environments
- Bonus if you’ve worked in startups or fast-moving teams
- Comfortable working independently and pushing code to production
