Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Accra. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, conducting marketing & sales presentations along with the Technical Team, and offering product training. Additional tasks include managing sales, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide effective marketing and support
- Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
