We’re looking for a Data Analyst with a strong passion for HR and People Analytics to join our team remotely. If you're excited about using data to tell meaningful stories about workforce trends, talent outcomes, and organizational performance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse HR-related datasets (Excel, survey data, HRIS exports, etc.)
- Build dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Support research and consulting projects with statistical and analytical insights
- Translate data into insights that drive organisational improvement and strategy
- Collaborate with content creators to translate analysis into engaging visuals
- Assist in developing HR metrics frameworks for clients and internal use
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in data analysis, especially in HR/people-related domains
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, Power Query/DAX is a plus)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Understanding of HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, productivity)
- Bonus: Familiarity with Python, SPSS, or survey tools (Google Forms, Kobo, etc.)
- Excellent communication—can explain numbers to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-evolving space
