About the job
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new client leads within target markets using digital and traditional outreach methods.
- Maintain a monthly minimum target of 10 new client sign-ups, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Communicate the value of our cleaning services clearly and persuasively, tailoring pitches to meet potential clients' needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through follow-ups, check-ins, and service feedback loops.
- Collaborate with the internal team to provide insights from the field, customer concerns, and market trends.
- Keep accurate records of outreach, leads, and conversions using spreadsheets

Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in service-based industries like cleaning, real estate, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional local languages are a bonus).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic digital literacy (e.g., email use, WhatsApp)
- Must own a mobile phone or laptop with internet access.
