Viaggio Abroad is a virtual global mobility consultancy based in Ghana, operating under Maison Kanin Ltd. We help students, creatives, and professionals access international education, exchange programs, and travel opportunities through trusted, expertly guided support.
As we expand into new markets and partnerships, we’re building a dedicated Research Team to provide data-driven insights, credible intelligence, and strategic recommendations to fuel our growth.
Role Overview
We’re seeking highly motivated volunteers to join our Research Team. Though this position is unpaid, it is a unique opportunity to work closely with our executive and project leads, contributing to one of Africa’s most innovative virtual consultancies in the global education and mobility space.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and verify international universities, colleges, and mobility partners
- Monitor country-specific visa and immigration policies
- Track emerging trends in education, travel, and global mobility
- Identify scholarships, fellowships, and institutional funding opportunities
- Prepare briefings, reports, and insight packs for internal use
- Support smarter strategic planning with timely, well-sourced data
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent research, writing, and information verification skills
- Interest in international education, policy, or migration
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity about global affairs
- Willingness to learn new tools (Notion, Google Workspace)
Preferred (but not required):
- Background in social sciences, education, international relations, or communications
- Previous experience with research, reporting, or academic writing
