We are looking for a dynamic Credit Recovery/Marketing officers to join our company.
Job Summary
- Attract new Clients within Accra after perfect positioning of the company image in the mind of those clients.
- Ensure that recovery is maximized and arrears are kept to a minimum.
Responsibilities:
- To plan, develop and deliver marketing campaigns as agreed within time scales.
- To assist with the implementation of the maculating strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.
- To identify changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies in their respective region, evaluates and adjusts marketing plan accordingly.

- To support the overall marketing objective of company both externally and internally.
- To manage and control all matters relating to delinquent account by constantly executing collection and recovery procedure and ensuring appropriate action are taken to ensure full recovery.
- Ensure remedial action is taken when required to keep performance in line with business objective
- Perform administrative work or other job function related to collections and recoveries.
- To monitor account daily effectively in line with approved collections strategy.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a credit officer.
- Excellent knowledge of loan application procedures and best lending practices according to state laws and regulations.
- Ability to work with loan management software.
- Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work with complicated financial data.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong ethical behavior and the ability to work with sensitive financial information.
- Individuals must live around Tema, Ashaiman, Teshie Nungua and Spintex
