Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Accra. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with organizational HR standards. The role also includes managing staff recruitment processes, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating employee training programs.

Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the PR or events industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
