Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our accounts team and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of customers’ accounts with accuracy and with no supervision
- Conduct warehouses and depots physical stocks taking and reconciliation
- Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring proper entries are made.
- Review and monitor accounts for discrepancies or irregularities.
- Monitor and improve internal control procedures to safeguard company assets
- Supervise junior accountants, providing guidance and training.
- Support team development, ensuring adherence to best practices and professional development.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for management
- Perform financial analysis and report on key financial metrics.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance (required)
- Master’s degree in Accounting or CA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Must be ready to join immediately
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
Salary: GHS 5000 - 7000
