This role is individually accountable for assisting the Pensions Trust Company in managing the day-to-day affairs involved with our existing pension schemes within agreed service levels
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries on pension products and services
- Register new businesses
- Data entry of all membership forms received in the pension administration system
- Validate monthly contribution schedules
- Allocate contributions to scheme members
- Send out quarterly statements to clients
- Process all redemption requests; porting/resignations/withdrawals
- Prepare Data reports for the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) and other stakeholders
- Attend to all customer complaints
