Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tema for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing quality control procedures, conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and managing overall quality assurance processes.
Day-to-day tasks will include inspecting products, developing quality management strategies, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with various departments to enhance product quality and standards.

Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles
- Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines
- Skills in Quality Auditing
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
