We are a fast-growing agribusiness committed to supplying premium-quality fresh vegetables to supermarkets, restaurants, processors, and open markets across Ghana. As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist with experience and passion for fresh produce to join our team.
Job Summary
As a Fresh Vegetables Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and growing sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth delivery of products to clients. You must understand the fresh produce market, have a network of buyers, and be results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with supermarkets, food vendors, restaurants, and market sellers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to recommend pricing and product mix.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the fulfilment and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage inventory.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- HND/Degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fresh produce, FMCG, or agriculture.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with markets in Accra and surrounding regions.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
