Job Description
MSI Ghana has vacancies for passion driven, well-organised, client-oriented and energetic individuals with the below relevant qualification/s and experience in Accra. MSI Ghana’s goal is to meet the needs of the underserved and improve access to the use of Family Planning (FP) and other Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) services.

About the Role
The Physician Assistant (PA) will be primarily responsible for supporting MSIG Clinical teams by providing general medical care and STI Management services. The PA will work closely with the Clinical Quality Team to ensure Quality assured health services are provided in the Centre.
The post will be based in MSIG Ashiaman Centre and the candidate will contribute to organisation-wide strategy and model key leadership behaviours in line with the Evolving Model strategy and values of MSI RCL Ghana

What You’ll Do:
As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering general medical care and STI management services. You will work closely with our Clinical Quality Team to ensure that every client receives safe, respectful, and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of primary healthcare services.
- Build strong partnerships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
- Support clinical training and uphold quality assurance standards.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with internal and external partners.
- Promote a professional, client-centered service environment.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general healthcare service delivery.
- Fully registered and in good standing with the Ghana Medical and Dental Council.
- Strong knowledge of Ghana Health Service clinical protocols and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
