Trace Logistics is a dynamic and fast-growing logistics and transport company based in Burkina Faso with strategic presence across the West Africa region. Our core mission is to provide efficient, secure and tailored logistics solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients in various sectors, including mining, port operations, transit and general cargo.
As part of its staff reinforcement plan, Trace Logistics is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Senior Logistics Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in transport and logistics
- At least 10 years of professional experience in logistics, ideally within a leading international freight forwarding or logistics group
- Proven mastery of logistics processes and operational mechanisms specific to Ghana, including port, customs and regulatory frameworks
- Solid expertise in international supply chain management, multimodal transport, customs clearance and operational optimization
- Fluent in English, with an excellent understanding and practical command of French (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational discipline and ability to thrive in high pressure and multicultural environments
