Purpose of Role:
To ensure that our products meet internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role involves managing quality control staff, monitoring production processes, and implementing food safety and quality systems.

We are looking for someone who is committed, action-oriented, problem solver and excellent relationship skills, pays attention to detail and is ready to explore the opportunities and challenges that the role brings.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience:
- Minimum HND in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc. or Professional certification relevant to the role.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' managerial experience within a food-manufacturing environment.
- Experience in team building and integration of Food Safety/Quality team into successful manufacturing operations in a LEAN environment.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to identify patterns and trends from data.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the food industry.
